Mission

Joie Toussaint-Parrish is an educator, coach, doula, counselor, deacon, minister, and holding space consultant dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s most meaningful moments. With over 25 years of service in New Jersey Public Schools, she has served as an elementary school teacher, master teacher, and currently as a school counselor, bringing deep compassion and insight to her work.

As a trained Birth Arts Doula, Joie partners with families to envision and create desired birth experiences. As a certified life coach and licensed counselor, she provides guidance and holds space for clients as they navigate personal and professional goals, life transitions, and moments of transformation.

Joie works with individuals, couples, and families to create and celebrate sacred milestones—honoring commitment, change, and remembrance with intention and care.

At the heart of her work is a calling to empower women, families, and communities to find joy in all the seasons and thresholds of life.

Joie is also a devoted wife and mother of four, grounding her work in lived experience, love, and deep connection.
